Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Levi’s® purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days of your purchase date. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal, or opt for a printerless QR code to use at a participating drop-off location.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are included, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
